Tips & equipment list:
Hand blender or Bullet
2 x non stick baking tins about 6 - 7 inches circular
Silicon paper, cut to the size of your tin
A non stick frying pan
This does freeze

Ingredients
1 batch Yorkshire base (follow this link to take you to the recipe)
200g Beef Mince
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano (or mixed herbs)
Salt & Pepper (1/4 tsp salt & a good grind of black pepper)
1/2 batch Michele's Tomato Sauce (follow this link to take you to the recipe) - I recommend you make the whole lot, as I'm sure you'll find many other uses for it :-)
40g Cheddar - grated
A sprinkling of Basil leaves, after the dish comes out of the oven
The Yorkshire Pudding Base
The Meatballs
Tomato Sauce
Cheese Topping
Optional Extra
Directions
The Yorkshire Pudding Base
1 batch Yorkshire base (follow this link to take you to the recipe & please follow those instructions)
The Meatballs
Put all the meatball ingredients into a bowl and mix well (I think hands is best)
If you have a super non stick frying, you wont need any oil, but if it's a bit dubious, then give it a light coat of olive oil and heat the pan up
Break off little chunks and drop them into the frying pan, until they are almost cooked and holding together. This will take about 5 - 10 minutes
Tomato Sauce
1/2 batch Michele's Tomato Sauce (follow this link to take you to the recipe)
Now add this to your meatballs. Heat up until bubbling and simmer for about 10 minutes, to reduce the sauce and finish off cooking the meat balls
And finally
When your base is cooked, spread the Meatball topping topping over the Yorkshire pudding
Sprinkle over the cheese and pop back in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted
Enjoy :-)
