Bolognese 4 Ways - Burritos & Tacos

A lovely lunch idea. But this is an 'eat it now' kind of lunch. The bolognese & Cauliflower rice can be made in advance, But the rest is construct and eat now kind of lunch

***The macros are based on you making 4 burritos and 4 tacos***

For the 1/4 batch bolognese macros:
364 Calories / 5.4g Carbs / 24.4g Protein / 35g Fat
Burritos, including filling per portion (4 portions)
376 Calories / 7.6g Carbs / 21.2g Protein / 26.2g Fat

Tacos, including filling per portion (4 portions)
384 Calories / 7.75g Carbs / 22.8g Protein / 28g Fat

Ingredients
Make 1 batch of Linseed Wraps, roll them out as thin as you possibly can and make according to the recipe link - this will make 4 wraps.
Make 1 batch of Tacos - this will make 4 - 6, and make according to the recipe link
1/4 batch of Bolognese
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli
30g Butter
160g Cauliflower, riced (blitz in a food processor)
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Salt & Pepper
80g Tomatoes, chopped finely
160g Red peppers, chopped finely
40g Spring onions, chopped finely
50g Iceberg lettuce
1 Avocado (80g)
80g Grated Cheddar
80g Sour cream
Directions
Make 1/4 of the Bolognese, according to the recipe.
Add Kashmiri Chilli to the bolognese and stir well.
Now make up your Tacos & Linseed Wraps according to the recipes
To get the shape of the tacos, with the tortilla recipe, once fried, I then moulded them around a rolling pin and then I cooked them in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180°C, so it was lovey and crisp.
Cauliflower Rice
Melt butter in a non stick frying pan. Add Cauliflower rice, Turmeric, salt & pepper. Stir and fry until the cauliflower is cooked but not browned - this will take about 5 - 10 minutes.
Construction
Have your tacos & wraps at the ready!
Divide your bolognese between all the wraps and tacos
Sprinkle with the cooked cauliflower rice.
Now layer all the other fillings - tomatoes, peppers, spring onions, lettuce, avocado, cheddar and finally sour cream
It's a bit of fun, a bit messy, but super tasty. Enjoy
