Bolognese 4 Ways - Cottage Pie

Per portion (6 portions)
452 Calories / 11.7g Carbs /33g Protein / 31g Fat
1 batch of Bolognese
450g Cauliflower, including leaves - chunky chopped
450g Swede - chunky chopped
50g Cream Cheese or Double Cream
Seasoning (salt & pepper)
1 batch of 90 Sec Bread
50g Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese
Mash Topping - Lots of other vegetbles will work too ie just cauliflower, just swede, cauliflower & Brocolli
Make up the Bolognese, according to the recipe
Preheat the oven to 190°C or Ninja Grill / Foodi to 180°C
Steam or boil your vegetables, until totally soft.
This can be mashed by hand, but even better if you have a food processor. Add to your food processor the cauliflower, swede, cream cheese, mayonaise & seasoning, mix until super smooth.
Pour the bolognese into a large casserole dish.
Put dollops of mash all across the top of the bolognese and then evenly spread across the top
Next make up the 90 Sec Bread bread, according to the recipe instructions
Slice thinly and then toast. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes
Whizz up until you have bread crumbs & season
Sprinkle all over the mash
Finally sprinkle the grated cheddar over the top
Bake for approx 25 - 30 minutes
