A big thank you to Ross from our members' group for this recipe. Think of it like the cousin of the 90 second bread... instead of almonds or linseed, this uses coconut flour and psyllium husk to hold it together.

Ingredients

1 Large Egg

1 tsp Coconut Flour
-
1 tsp Psyllium Husk
-
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
-
1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
-
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
-
Seasoning to taste
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a microwaveable dish. This can be a ramekin, wide mug, or microwavable tub.
Microwave on full power for 60-90 seconds until fully cooked.
