For the whole Sauce recipe:

Ingredients

600g Chicken Breast, flattened (you could use a rolling pin for this or some serious punching - top tip, pop some cling film on top before you do this :-) )

60g Parmesan

Salt & Pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven 180°C or the Ninja Grill or the Foodi to 170°C
Make up the 1 Salsa 4 Ways - Base recipe.
Season the flattened chicken breast and pop into a greased ovenproof dish, side by side or I portioned mine into individual oven dishes.
*NOTE TO CHEF* If cooking this whole dish immediately, please ignore this note!
If eating later, or if it's for the freezer, then wait for the salsa to cool before putting on top of the chicken - it's the whole protecting you from unnecessary bacteria process :-)
Cover the chicken completely with your salsa - 1 Salsa 4 Ways - Base recipe
Sprinkle with parmesan. I like to put a little ground pepper on top too.
Bake for approx 20 - 30 minutes, until chicken is completely cooked.
