Leftover Pie: Peter's Lunch Creations

  1. Left over Gammon, leek and swede pie (using the shortcrust pastry as the pie topping)
  2. Greek yogurt, cream and frozen berries
  3. Aldi Nut Bar 5.9 carbs (check out Michele's homemade version here)
  4. Red pepper and houmous dip

Please note: Peter is low carb rather than keto, so some of these boxes will contain items that would be avoided on a clean keto lifestyle. Additionally, everyone has their own macro goals (for example, Peter's protein goal is lower than we would usually recommend) & portion sizes depending on their needs.
