Broccoli & Cauliflower Cheesy Bake 4 ways - Chorizo & Tomato

To warn you, I do like large portions, so I've given you the macros for 6 portions as well :-)

For the whole recipe:
4703 Calories / 60.4g Carbs / 169.2g Protein / 422g Fat

Makes 4 portions - each portion contains;
1175 Calories /15.1 g Carbs / 42.3g Protein / 105.5g Fat

Makes 6 portions - each portion contains;
783 Calories / 10.1g Carbs / 28.2g Protein / 70.3g Fat

Ingredients
1 batch of Base recipe
300g Chorizo - chunky chopped
200g Cherry or baby plum tomatoes - halved - save a little for decoration
10g Butter
10g Olive oil
Directions
Make up the Base recipe, but hold off putting the cheesy bread crumbs on top, we'll do the next few steps first
Add the butter & olive oil to a non stick frying pan and heat until it starts to sizzle
Add to this your Chorizo & tomatoes and fry for about 3 - 5 minutes, until lightly browned
Once cooked add this all to your base recipe (apart from the bread brumbs & cheese mix) and gently mix in
Transfer to a casserole dish
Make up your 90 Second Bread, according to the recipe instructions. Slice and pop in the toaster, for extra crispness. Allow to cool, slightly
Blitz your bread until you have bread crumbs and mix with your 100g grated cheese
Take the bread crumb & cheese mix and sprinkle evenly over the top of your casserole dish & decorate with some tomatoes
Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown & piping hot
