I love the idea of a Yorkshire Pudding, with the meal contents safely packed into it, pizza style. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do! :-)

This recipe is topped with some bread soaked in olive oil, which is your lovely crispy, fried bread - trust me it works :-)

This dish is designed for 2 portions, but if you'd like it as a snack I've put the macros for 4 portions as well

For the whole recipe:
1346 Calories / 16g Carbs / 77g Protein / 107g Fat

2 portions - each portion contains:
673 Calories / 8.1g Carbs / 39g Protein / 54g Fat

337 Calories / 4g Carbs / 19g Protein / 27g Fat

Tips & equipment list:
Hand blender or Bullet
2 x non stick baking tin about 6 - 7 inches circular
This does freeze

Ingredients
- 1 batch Yorkshire base (follow this link to take you to the recipe)
4 Tbs (64g) Michele's Tomato Sauce - Before you start, you'll need to make up this sauce. I highly recommend that you make the whole recipe and pop the rest in the fridge, as it's a really lovely sauce as a ketchup or a sauce to top any pizzas, or extra flavour to any savoury dish
140g sausages - chuncky chopped
70g Bacon - chopped into thin slivers
60g Mushrooms - thinly sliced brushed with olive oil
30g of your favourate bread - for the macros I used Megga Bread - chunky chopped and soaked in 10g olive oil
15g Olive oil - 5g for the mushrooms & 10g for the bread
Extra seasoning - I drizzled some extra olive oil once cooked, Freshly grated black pepper & a little freshly chopped chives for cooour
