You'll need to get making the Megga bread for this recipe. But if you want something quicker then the 90 second bread will work too. The Macros are based on the Megga Loaf recipe being used.
This recipe is designed to be served with 1 batch of Megga bread , made into 6 equal Buns, then sliced in 3, to create the perfect, 2 section Megga Mac
For the whole recipe:

Per portion (6 portions)
743 Calories / 3.2g Carbs / 70.7g Protein / 53.9g Fat

Ingredients
1 Batch of Megga Bread
750g Beef Mince (to make 12 burgers - 62.5g each)
Seasoning
120g Iceberg Lettuce chopped finely
6 Ready Sliced Cheese (e.g. sliced cheddar or gouda - ingredients should just be milk)
6 Pickled Gherkin, sliced finely
1/2 Red Onion, chopped super finely
80g Pickled Gherkins
25g Onions
Juice from the gherkin jar, just enough to help it mix
1/4 tsp Mustard
1/4 tsp Curry Powder (I use our Curry Blend)
Sweetener (sweeten to taste) - approx 3 tsp Erythritol or 1/2 tsp Truvia / Natvia / Pure Via Sweetener
Seasoning
100g Mayonnaise
All the Sweet Gherkin Relish

1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Mustard
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika

Megga Mac Dressing
Directions
Megga Loaf
Make the Megga dough according to the recipe. Once mixed for 7 minutes, shape into 6 equal buns - and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top (optional)
Allow to prove for 75 minutes (oven at 50C)
Take out of oven and bring oven to temperature - 180C
Once the oven is to temperature, cook the Megga for 20-25 minutes
Take off the cooking tray and cook for a further 5 minutes directly on the oven shelf
Allow to cool
Burgers
Season the Beef Mince and mix well
Divide into 12 equal portions (62.5g)
Make into equal size burgers, slightly lager than your buns
Bake in the oven at 180C for about 15 minutes or pan fry, then allow to rest for a few minutes
Fillings
Prepare all the fillings and put to one side
Sweet Gherkin Relish
Put all the Sweet Gherkin Relish ingredients (apart from the sweetener) in a bullet or use a hand blender and finely chop and drain off any excess fluid
Sweeten to taste (I used about 3 tsp of Erythritol)
Megga Mac Sauce
Add all the ingredients and mix
Burger Construction
Lightly toast the bap layers
Smear the base bun with 1tbsp of the Megga Mac Sauce
Lightly sprinkle with finely chopped onions
Lettuce
2 slices of Gherkin
Cheese slice
Burger
Smear the middle bun with 1tbsp of the Megga Mac Sauce
Lightly sprinkle with finely chopped onions
Lettuce
2 slices of Gherkin
Burger
Finally top with bun seeded top
