Coleslaw, basically you can use any, what we call 'Fridge Gravel' - low carb vegetables. But in order to work out the macros, these are the ingredients that I love to use. But anything goes :-)

Once you've done the base recipe you just add these 2 ingredients, from the list below

For the whole recipe:
1332 Calories / 24g Carbs / 32g Protein / 123g Fat

4 portions - each portion contains:
333 Calories / 6.1g Carbs / 8g Protein / 31g Fat

6 portions - each portion contains:
222 Calories / 4.1g Carbs / 5.3g Protein / 21g Fat

Tips & equipment list:
A sharp knife or a food processor, with the grating disc
If you want maximum crunch in the walnuts, add them just before serving. But if not, it does not take away from the taste of this dish if you add it straight away
This does NOT freeze - eat within approx 3 days, kept in the fridge

Ingredients
1 batch Coleslaw Base (follow this link to take you to the recipe)
70g Stilton - This will be crumbled in with your fingers at the end
50g Walnuts - halved or broken up, and chunky chopped
50g - chunky chopped, with skin if it's an eating apple, without the skin if it's a cooking apple
Apple - Granny Smith 11.6g carbs / 100g or Bramley Cooking apple 8.9g carbs / 100g

Optional Extra - but this will increase the carbs - nice though :-)
Directions
The Base Recipe
1 batch Coleslaw Base (follow this link to take you to the recipe and please follow those instructions)
Now the final parts of the recipe
Dry fry the walnuts in a non stick pan for about 3 minutes, to give a lovely roasted flavour - allow to cool
Add all the remaining ingredients to the coleslaw base - Cooked walnuts & crumble in the stilton, with your fingertips and finally apple if you choose to add it
