Peppers 4 Ways - Fresh Pepper Salad, with Anchovies

Ingredients
500g Peppers - Sliced thinly
80g Spring Onions - Sliced thinly
2 tsp Freshly garlic, finely chooped
30g Olive oil
1tsp Salt
Freshly ground pepper
1tsp Paprika
80g Roasted Almonds - I fried mine in 20g butter, but you can dry fry them in a non-stick saucepan
60g Anchovies - optional, but I have included these in the macros
15g Basil leaves
Directions
Add your flaked almonds to a pan and either dry fry or add a little butter. Fry until golden brown.
Now add all your ingredients to a large bowl, including the golden flaked almonds, and mix.
