Ingredients
500g Mixed coloured peppers - roughly chopped
200g Leeks - roughly chopped
200g Cabbage - roughly chopped
2 tsp Freshly chopped garlic
1 tsp Salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 tsp turmeric
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and chop until it resembles rice
Add some oil or butter to a large non-stick pan and fry, whilst continuously stirring, until fully cooked. It normally takes about 10 minutes
