Ingredients
500g Mixed Coloured Peppers (weight once prepped)
2 tsp Fresh Garlic or 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
200g Chorizo
30g Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
Freshly ground pepper
Directions
Pre heat oven 190C (Ninja Grill 180C)
Chunky chop the peppers & chorizo into a large bowl
Add all the other ingredients the bowl and mix well
Pop into an ovenproof dish, and spread out evenly
Cook for about 20 - 30 minutes, until cooked
Serve hot or cold
