Makes 4 portions - each portion contains:
53 Calories / 2.3g Carbs / 1.1g Protein / 3.9g Fat
200g Fresh Leek, finely sliced
30g Greek or Greek-Style Yogurt
30g Mayonnaise (homemade or shop-bought)
Salt & Pepper
Any other seasonings - we use paprika & garlic powder, or a handful of fresh herbs, such as chopped coriander, flat leaf parsley, or basil.
Mix all of the ingredients together and add any seasoning to taste.
