This carby recipe was passed to me by one of the members & asked me to work my magic. I hope she's happy :-)
You'll need to cook your ham / gammon & Michele's Pickle in advance, before you can make these pies. But so worth it :-)

Ingredients
2 batches of Savoury Pastry
180g of Michele's Pickle
You'll need to make up Michele's Pickle, from this you'll need approx 12 tablespoons in total = 180g (15g per tablespoon)
180g Cooked shredded Ham - I cooked up a gammon joint and took what I needed from that
Gammon, cooked according to the packet instrunctions. I wash mine and either like to boil it or slow cook
120g Grated Mature cheddar
Pickle
The rest of the filling
Directions
Make the Michele's Pickle according to the recipe
Make up the Savoury Pastry, and divide into to 2 balls of dough. 1/3 for the star tops & 2/3 for the 12 bases
The Pies
Ninja 180C or regular oven 190C
Roll out your 2/3 pastry between 2 sheets of greaseproof paper or silicone sheets and cut out 12 discs to fit your 12 tin moulds. I used a fairy tin tray
Bake in the Ninja for 5 minutes or in a regular oven for 10 minutes
Now the layers
Layer 1 - 15g of Michele's Pickle in each pastry case
Layer 2 - 15g shredded gammon on top of the pickle
Layer 3 - 10g Grated cheddar on top of the gammon
Final layer - Roll out your 1/3 pastry and cut out 12 stars. Pop these on top * If you want a slight gloss to your pie stars, whisk up some eggs and paint the star tops
Bake for approx 10 - 15 minutes
