This makes a nice addition to the chaffle, as seen in the photo.
Around 40g contains:
7 Calories / 1.2g Carbs / 0.4g Protein / 0g Fat

Ingredients
400g (1 tin) Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
4 tsp Malt Vinegar
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli
1 tsp Mixed Spice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a pan and bring to the boil.
Simmer for around 7 minutes.
It's as simple as that! You could blitz this in a nutri-bullet style blender (allow to cool first) or using a hand blender if you'd like a smooth sauce. Personalise this sauce and add more of any ingredient to make it to your liking.
Store in a bottle or an airtight container in the fridge. This sauce can be used as a ketchup, a pizza topping, or a base for tomato based dishes.
