I love the idea of a Yorkshire Pudding, with the meal contents safely packed into it, pizza style. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do! :-)

Peter, my husband "Well, I'd like to have this again!" wow! After a little discussion in my cooking class in the members group, it was suggested heavily that we needed a sweet version Yorkshire Pudding. I don't feel I should take all the credit for this, it was designed by some hungry members ....Yorkshire Pudding Base, Baked Egg Custard, Whipped Cream, Fruit, Butterscotch Sauce & finally ...Chocolate!

Tips & equipment list:
Hand blender or Bullet
Whisk for cream
1 non stick baking tin about 8 - 9 inches circular or square
Another oven proof dish a little smaller than the dish above 7 - 8 inches (same shape)
This does NOT freeze

Ingredients
1 batch Yorkshire base (follow this link to take you to the recipe - but don't add the salt & pepper)
20 - 30g Truvia / Natvia / Pure Via Sweetener
100g Eggs (without the shell) - approx 2 small eggs
85 ml Milk - I used Lactose free milk (the macros are based on Almond milk)
65 ml Double Cream
1.5 tsp Vanilla essence
Pinch Salt
100g Double cream - whipped to soft peaks
200g Fruit of your choice. For the macros I used strawberries - chunky chopped
1 batch Butterscotch Sauce (follow this link to take you to the recipe)
20g 85% Dark Chocolate
5g Butter
A little mint leaves to decorate
The Yorkshire Pudding Base
Custard Filling
And the rest of the ingredients in order of construction
Optional Extra
Directions
The Yorkshire Pudding Base
1 batch Yorkshire base AND add the sweetener to the mix - follow this link to take you to the recipe & please follow those instructions to instruction number 8 - basically cook for 15 minutes
Whilst this is cooking, make up your Custard filling
Custard Filling
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl / Bullet and mix till smooth
Back to the Yorkshire Base
After 15 minutes, carefully pull it out of your tin and transfer this to a smaller tin - take the lining with you - Weird I know! This is to create a yorkie dish that can contain the custard filling, without it spilling out the sides
Turn the oven down to 170C Ninja 160C
Pour the custard filling into your Yorkie base
Cook until there's no wobble - in the ninja it's about 25 - 30 minutes. in the oven about 30 - 35 minutes
- Allow to cool before removing from the tin
Butterscotch Sauce & Chocolate Sauce
1 batch Butterscotch Sauce (follow this link to take you to the recipe & please follow those instructions)
Melt the chocolate & butter in the microwave until it's almost melted - if you over melt it can very quickly burn, to the point of no return. If you half melt it, the melted chocolate will melt any lumps if you keep stirring
And the rest of the ingredients in order of construction, once the base & custard has completely cooled
Top with the whipped cream & spread to the edges
Sprinkle the fruit on top
Drizzle the Butterscotch
Drizzle the Chocolate
Done - Enjoy :-)
