I originally made this for my son's 20th birthday, but this is the tweaked version. This is a rich pudding, I cannot deny, but it's very nice indeed! :-)

This can also be made as 1 big trifle, but you'll find portion control a lot harder!

Equipment :-)
Large mixing bowls, brownie tin or 16 small oven proof dishes like ramekins, electric mixer & a piping bag

Ingredients

4 batches of Butterscotch Pudding, click on this link for the ingredients

200g Double Cream - Whipped to soft peaks
Chocolate - grated or melted
chopped nuts
Dehydrated fruits
layer 1 - Chocolate Brownie
Layer 2 - Butterscotch Pudding
Layer 3 - Silky Chocolate Mousse
Layer 4 - Whipped Cream
Final bit - Optional

layer 1 - Chocolate Brownie
Click on this link for the instructions for Chocolate Brownie - cook for less time, if you like it gooey. You can cook this as one big brownie in a brownie tin, or as I did in individual ramekins. If you cook in little ramekins, it'll take no more than 10 minutes

Layer 4 - Whipped Cream
Construction
Layer 1, Chocolate Brownie - if cooking as a large brownie then break up and place at the bottom of each of your small pudding bowls. I prefer to cook in the individual ramekins for this recipe
Layer 2, Butterscotch Pudding - Pour over the top of the Chocolate Brownies
Layer 3, Silky Chocolate Mousse - spread over the top of the Butterscotch Pudding
Layer 4, Double Cream - Pipe over the top of the Silky Chocolate Mousse
Finally decorate with anything you fancy :-)
