This is a low protein dish. Reason - my husband has to keep his protein low in the daytime - not in the evening. So I am creating a long list of low protein snacks and lunches. You can very easily add protein to any of the dishes
Eaten with 2 slices of Megga Bread each. The macros for this lunch is purely for the topping

Ingredients
80g Butter - 50g at the beginning and save 30g for the final bit
25g Leeks
200g Mushrooms (I particularly like chestnut mushrooms) -
1tsp Garlic
Salt & Pepper
25g Parsley
