Meet The Family

Mark: - Mark initially started keto to get down to his running weight before completing three marathons in eight weeks, all fully fat-adapted. Soon after, he began to see the potential behind keto and wanted to share the incredible benefits with others. With 30 years of experience in the catering industry, Mark now helps others start their keto and fitness journeys and achieve goals thought to be impossible.

Argi: - Clearly the most important member of the Keto Fitness Club, Argi loves to join in on our live videos. He has established himself as Chief Re-cylcer of all empty cream pots and is always on standby when a tray of chicken thighs come out of the oven. He's often caught napping with all four legs in the air, but move within a metre of the fridge and suddenly he's wide awake! Oh, and if you ever have some spare peanut butter, he's happy to help with the disposal.

Ella: - The eldest of the kids (and very nearly the shortest when Argi decides to stand on his back legs), Ella is now the lead baker in the house. After starting keto at the age of 15, Ella began to see improvements in her relationship with food. The mid-afternoon sugar crashes became non-existent and the stress leading up to exams seemed to become more manageable. Now, Ella is able to provide baking tips to our fellow keto-ers in our support group and is constantly making another batch of brownies. We just don't know where they all go...

Louis: - Semi-carnivore and king of random combinations, Louis can put together a meal with any handful of ingredients from the fridge. Louis originally became interested in keto when chocolate brownies started appearing in the cupboards (see our recipe in the library!) and soon became very involved with cooking. He is now much more aware of what goes in his food and often makes his friends keto treats for their birthdays which always go down a storm.
