Michele often posts about her husband's low carb lunch boxes within our public Facebook group. This should give you plenty of ideas :)

Please note: Peter is low carb rather than keto, so some of these boxes will contain items that would be avoided on a clean keto lifestyle. Additionally, everyone has their own macro goals & portion sizes depending on their needs.

These lunch boxes have been designed to look after Peter's own nutritional needs. He has small windows of opportunities as to when he can eat, due to the tablets that he takes for his Parkinson's Disease. So when he does eat, we do try to pack it in!
