Freezer boxes are available to guarantee that your meals arrive frozen. Orders containing 6 or more meals will be shipped in a freezer box by default for free. You don't need to add a freezer box to your cart if you have more than 6 meals. If you do have include a freezer box in your order of 6 or more meals, we can refund the price of the box.
If you would like to order less than 6 meals, but have them shipped in a freezer box, add the freezer box item to your order for £4.
Our freezer boxes are re-usable and we'd love for you to send them back to us.

If you order ready meals without a freezer box:
Individual meals will be sent in chill wrap packaging with ice packs, however these may defrost. They should be treated as fresh meals from this point. Consume within best before date. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed up to 8am Monday - Thursday are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time may be sent the next working day, however no fresh orders are distributed on Friday. Please ensure you update your 'Safe Place' details as without this the courier is unlikely to leave the parcel if you are not at home. We are unable to refund or replace orders that have been delayed due to lack of instructions for the courier. All details must be added via the courier app - we're unable to access these details on your behalf.
