A qualified fitness instructor and chef with his own weight loss and marathon running story, Mark spends his time developing recipes and showing others how we live our keto lifestyle.

Ella's in charge of the creative side of Keto Fitness Club - recipe book creation, food photography & videography, running our social media... oh, and reminding Sandie to "write that recipe down!".
Chief Taste Tester
Semi-carnivore and king of random combinations, Louis can put together a meal with any handful of ingredients from the fridge. He also helps out with website management & book packaging in exchange for keto brownies :D

Ian runs weekly sessions in the members group, transforming people's lives by helping to change their thinking. -- "My success on the keto journey (I lost 46 pounds in 16 weeks) was possible because I got my thinking "right" before starting out." Since starting his keto journey, Chris has created some fantastic recipes, including the Battered Chicken recipe in the library. -- "3 stone lost so far. Exercising more than I ever have and on course to be fit not fat at 40!"
Dan & Chris are meal prep kings. If you ever have questions about how to work your keto lifestyle around shifts, they're the guys to speak to. Daniel also started running at 20+ stone and has now ran several 10Ks, with the goal of completing a marathon with Mark in the future.
We were blown away when we met Gemma at one of our workshops earlier this year. She'd already reversed her type 2 diabetes and lost over 4 stone! Gemma is constantly drinking coffee and coming up with great ideas to introduce to Keto Fitness Club... maybe they're connected :D Click the arrows below to read Gemma's blog!
Sue's determination to change her lifestyle was clear from the day we met her. Her goal was to reverse her type 2 diabetes by her 50th birthday... and she smashed it! Sue has now introduced a fasting routine to continue her health transformation.
Rosie is our first Junior Ambassador and continues to amaze us with her creative recipes!
