Grilling cheese is essentially the same as halloumi and often better value. The only difference is halloumi is made in Cyprus and grilling cheese isn't.
Makes 4 portions - each portion contains:
165 Calories / 0.3g Carbs / 8.9g Protein / 12.7g Fat

Ingredients

200g Halloumi or Grilling Cheese
-
8 Rashers of Streaky Bacon (smoked or unsmoked)
Directions
Cut the block of halloumi into 8 strips.
Wrap each piece in a rasher of bacon.
These can be cooked in a frying pan until the bacon is to your liking, or pop them in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes.
