As with all UK labels, the carbs above are already net carbs. Do not subtract the fibre.

Ingredients
300g Cooked Chicken Breast
2 Large Eggs
60g Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Seasonings eg Salt & Pepper
Optional - Italian Herb Seasoning
15g Butter
30ml Double Cream
30g Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Seasonings eg Salt & Pepper
Can include: Italian Cured Meats, Fried Pancetta, Mini Mozzarella Balls (See Recipe Notes)

Pizza Base
Preheat your oven to 180c.
Shred your pre cooked chicken using a food processor. Add the eggs, cheese, seasonings and pulse until combined.
Roll out the combined mixture between two sheets of baking parchment until approximately 12” in diameter.
Place your base into your pre heated oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the crust is lightly browned on the edges.
Pizza Sauce (prepare while base is baking)
Melt your butter over a low/medium heat.
Add the cream, and whisk in the grated cheese. Heat gently until all the ingredients are combined.
Pour the sauce over your cooked pizza base and spread evenly over it.
Top with your favourite carnivore toppings (See recipe notes below). Place back into the oven until the cheese has melted and toppings are cooked.
Recipe Notes
Do not use pre grated cheeses for this dish as the starches in them will make the sauce too thick.
You can use toppings of your choice, but we like to use Italian Cured Meats, Fried Pancetta, and Mini Mozzarella Balls.
