This turned out rather nicely. Simple recipe, very very tasty and will work with Turkey, Chicken or even lean Pork.
Macros based on 4 portions from the recipe :
343 Kcal / 6.3g Carbs / 16.1g Fat / 47.3g Protein

Ingredients

800g Turkey / Chicken Breast or Lean Pork

150g Natural Yogurt

1 tsp Turmeric

2 tsp Ground Cumin
-
2 tsp Garam Masala

2 tsp Salt
-
40g Fresh Garlic
-
40g Fresh Ginger
-
1 Red Chill
-
Optional - 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli
Directions
Diced the meat and set aside
In a small food processor add all of the other ingredients and blitz to a paste
Add the marinade to the meat and combine
Allow to rest for an hour at least, however this can be made a day or 2 in advance
Roast for around 25 - 30 minutes at 180 - Check with a probe
For a darker more charred dish either roast at 200c or grill for a few minutes after roasting.
