Peanut Butter & Cocoa Milkshake

A great afternoon pick-me-up using one of Ella's favourite combinations... peanut butter and chocolate!
Makes 1 portion:
175 Calories / 4.5g Carbs / 7.9g Protein / 13.6g Fat / 2.1g Fibre
As with all UK foods, the carbs listed above are already net carbs. Do not subtract the fibre.
We recommend eating this straight away :)
150ml Unsweetened Almond Milk (see alternatives below)
30g Greek / Greek-style Yogurt
15g Peanut Butter (100% nuts)
5g Cocoa Powder
Truvia / Natvia / Pure Via Sweetener to taste (we added 1/2 tsp)
Add all of the ingredients to a nutri-bullet / blender and blitz. Adjust the sweetener to taste.
We prefer to use Greek / Greek-style yogurt, but this could be swapped for another dairy with a similar texture, such as soured cream or crème fraîche. This helps thicken the milkshake up a bit.
Swap the almond milk for another dairy alternative, such as coconut (carton, not tinned) or hemp.
