Tips & equipment list:

Ingredients
-
60g Double Cream
-
60g Unsweetened Almond Milk or I use Lactose free milk (full fat)
-
2 Large Eggs (approx. 130g)
-
10g Lard or Cooking Coconut Oil
-
Seasoning - I added 1/4 tsp salt & a good grind of pepper
Directions
Oven 190°C. or Ninja 180C
Add lard / cooking coconut oil to baking tin
If you're making the All Day Breakfast - add the bacon and sausages now and place in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until it's piping hot
Meanwhile, add all of the Yorkshire base ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix together - when I originally made this recipe I used to use a hand blender or bullet. Since making this a few times, I found It's much better if you just whisk it with a hand whisk - get some air into it :-)
After 5 minutes, remove the baking tin from the oven carefully. Check that the oil is hot enough by dropping a tiny amount of the mix into the oil. The oil should bubble around the mix. If not, return the tin to the oven for a few more minutes.
When oil is ready poor the mix into the tin
If you're making the All Day Breakfast pull the tin (with the batter in) out of the oven after 10 minutes and top with your mushrooms and dot the Michele's Tomato Sauce all across the top & bake for a further 5 - 10 minutes, or until cooked and you're happy :-)
If not making the All Day Breakfast, bake for 15 - 25 minutes or until golden and crispy - Depends on how crispy you like it
Enjoy as 1 large yorkshire pudding, or move onto one of the other 5 delicious recipes - to be added soon
