Make your own keto pasta with our Panda Flour!
Nutritional information for whole recipe:
380 Calories / 23.6g Protein / 26.9g Fat / 4.6g Carbs / 14.2g Fibre
If you divide this into two portions, each portion will contain:
190 Calories / 11.8g Protein / 13.4g Fat / 2.3g Carbs / 7.1g Fibre
As with all UK labels, the carbs listed above are already net carbs - no need to subtract the fibre.

Ingredients

3 Medium Eggs

60g Cream Cheese

20g Panda Flour
-
Seasoning to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Combine all of the ingredients together - start with everything except from the panda flour, then add the flour in. We use a Ninja bullet / blender for best results.
Pour the mix into a silicone baking sheet - we use these. Move the sheet to an oven tray and shake the sheet on a flat surface to make sure the mix is evenly spread.
Bake for 6 minutes, until the pasta sheet is just firm to touch.
Keep the pasta sheet in the siliicone for a few minutes. Once it’s cool enough to lift out, transfer it to a cooling rack.
Once the pasta sheet is fully cool, lay it on a chopping board and slice it into thin strips. This can be served as it is, or they can be mixed into a dish just before serving.
