Crackslaw is another super quick dinner that can be made in a matter of minutes and can really hit that spicy spot if you so wish! As an alternative to pork mince, lamb also works great. If using lamb, reduce the oil by 10ml as it won't be needed with the fattier lamb mince.

Ingredients
-
30g Unsalted Butter or 30ml Olive Oil
-
400g Hard Cabbage (white or red), sliced
-
80g Shallots, chopped
-
10ml White Wine Vinegar
-
1/2 tsp Garlic Puree
-
1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
-
250g Lean Pork Mince (5% fat)
-
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
-
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Heat the butter / oil in a large pan / wok and add the cabbage & onion. Fry for around 5 minutes over a medium heat. Don't let the cabbage brown.
Add all of the spices and vinegar and cook for a further 1-2 minutes, still on a medium heat.
Put the cabbage in a bowl, return the pan back to heat and add the pork. Turn the heat up high.
Fry the pork until brown throughout and then add the cabbage mix to the meat. Bring back to full heat.
Add salt, pepper, sesame seeds, and serve.
