Ingredients

40g Breadcrumbs

60ml Water
-
50g Shallots, finely sliced

10g Olive Oil
-
10g Butter
-
3 Garlic Cloves
-
500g Beef & Pork Mince
-
1 tsp Salt
-
1 tsp English Mustard
-
A good sprinkle of black pepper
-
1 tsp Dried Majoram
-
1 tsp Sweet Paprika
-
½ tsp Ground Mace
-
Cardamom
Directions
Add your breadcrumbs of choice to a mixing bowl with the water. Stir, then set the bowl aside.
Finely dice the shallots and add them to a pan over a low-medium heat with the olive oil and butter.
