Ham & Cheese Omelette
3 Large Eggs, whisked
40g Cooked Ham (cubed or sliced)
30g Mature Cheddar, grated
Seasoning / spices to taste (garlic and paprika work nicely)
Handful of spinach
In a frying pan, melt the butter on a medium heat and add the beaten eggs (mix any seasonings & spices into the eggs before cooking).
As the eggs start to cook, add the ham.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and cook the omelette to your preference.
Serve on a bed of spinach.
