Coleslaw, basically you can use any, what we call 'Fridge Gravel' - low carb vegetables. But in order to work out the macros, these are the ingredients that I love to use. But anything goes :-)

For the whole recipe:
723 Calories / 19g Carbs / 8.1g Protein / 68g Fat

Tips & equipment list:
A sharp knife or a food processor, with the grating disc

This does NOT freeze - eat within approx 3 days, kept in the fridge
Ingredients

225g White cabbage - chopped finely

75g Red pepper - chopped finely

60g Red cabbage - chopped finely

60g Sweetheart cabbage - chopped finely

25g Spinach - chunky chopped

10g Carrot shavings, I like to add this for extra colour, using a potato peeler

70g Mayonnaise - either make it yourself (it's easier to make up a whole batch and take what you need for this recipe) - or use a good quality mayonnaise like Hunter & Gather. Or if your not bothered about it being clean keto, just go for a good quality Mayonnaise that you like - I do like Hellmann's mayonnaise

15g Will's Chilli Oil - If you don't want to make this oil, just add 1 Tbsp of olive oil and a pinch of chilli powder

Seasoning - I added 1/2 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp of pepper

Add all your ingredients to a large bowl & mix
