This soup is my take on a really nice fishy soup :-)

For the whole recipe:
1692 Calories / 32g Carbs / 144g Protein / 110g Fat

4 generous portions - each portion contains:
423 Calories / 8.3g Carbs / 36g Protein / 28g Fat

6 portions - each portion contains:
282 Calories / 5.6g Carbs / 24g Protein / 18g Fat

Tips & equipment list:
Large non stick saucepan
This does freeze
Ingredients
The Base Recipe

1 batch Soup Base (follow this link to take you to the recipe)
The Rest of the Ingredients

600g Fish Mix
-
100g Bacon
-
Pinch Cayenne pepper
-
200ml Coconut milk
-
30g Parsley - Chopped smallish - save 5g for sprinkling as a garnish over each bowl
Directions
The Base recipe
Follow the directions for Soup Base recipe (follow this link to take you to the recipe) *** Watch out for direction number 5 in the base recipe where you add the Fish, Bacon and Cayenne pepper
The Rest of the Ingredients
Once you have followed the base recipe add the final ingredients - coconut milk & 25g parsley
Heat through & serve
Sprinkle the remainder parsley
