These are so easy and quick to make. But don't forget to season it to your own taste :-)

Ingredients

50g Melted Butter or Coconut Oil (you can use Cooking Coconut Oil if you're not a fan of the taste but want to keep it dairy free)

5g Truvia / Natvia / Pure Via Sweetener, but sweeten to taste

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
-
1/8 tsp Salt
-
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

150g Mixed Nuts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the butter and add all the ingredients (EXCEPT the mixed nuts) to the melted butter and stir well
Check the taste and that you're happy
Now add the nuts and stir well
Line your baking tray with greaseproof paper and spread the nuts across the tray
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes
Allow to cool and the butter/oil to reset around the nuts.
Transfer to an airtight container
