This is a lovely dessert for summer nights. The oil in the almond butter helps reduce crystalising, but it's not a proper ice cream... hence the name Fro Yo :)
For the whole recipe:
500 Calories / 13.5g Carbs / 18.8g Protein / 40.3g Fat
(Plain) Makes 2 portions - each contains:
250 Calories / 6.7g Carbs / 9.4g Protein / 20.1g Fat

Ingredients
150g Greek or Greek-Style Yogurt
50g Almond Butter (100% nuts) - this can be swapped for peanut butter (low carb, not clean keto) or another nut butter. Please note this may change the macros slightly
Optional: Vanilla Essence
Optional: 15g Cocoa Powder
Optional: 25g 85% Dark Chocolate, chopped finely
Directions
This one's simple! Mix all of the ingredients together in a small tub / bowl and pop it in the freezer. After around 90 minutes, it should be almost solid, but scoop-able. If it's left in the freezer for longer, simply take the tub out for 10-15 minutes to de-frost slightly and use a warm spoon to scoop it out.
