There's so much you can do with this pudding. but on it's own it's great too.
For the whole recipe: If you want to decide on your portion size

Per portion (4 portions)
303 Calories / 1.3g Carbs / 1.4g Protein / 32.5g Fat
Ingredients

3 Gelatine leaves/or a sachet of gelatine powder - I used 2 heaped tsp, if you want it really firm use more

250ml Milk of your choice

250ml Double cream

2 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
Soak the gelatine leaves in a little cold water until soft…. if using powder, follow the packet instructions
Place the milk, cream, vanilla extract and sweetener into a pan and bring to a simmer
Squeeze the water out of the gelatine leaves then add to the pan (or add the gelatine powder, following packet instructions) and take off the heat.
Stir until the gelatine has dissolved, on a very very low heat
Divide the mixture among your ramekins and leave to cool completely, before covering with cling film
Now cover with cling film, if not eating same day
Put in the fridge for at least an hour, until set, before eating
Recipe Notes
Do not cover with cling film until completely cool, or it'll sweat and drip onto the Pudding
