Rosie's Mug Cake

This delicious recipe is courtesy of our junior ambassador, Rosie Parrott! If you fancy a vanilla sponge cake, this is the one for you :)
Makes 1 portion:
455 Calories / 5.9g Carbs / 16g Protein / 40.3g Fat / 1.9g Fibre (already deducted from carbs)
Ingredients

15g Unsalted Butter

30g Soft Cream Cheese
-
30g Ground Almonds
-
1 Large Egg
-
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Add the butter to a microwaveable mug / small dish and microwave for around 15 seconds at a time until melted.
Add the remaining ingredients (adjust the sweetener to taste) and mix.
Microwave on full power for one minute, allow it to settle slightly and then microwave for another minute.
