1 Dough 4 Ways - Bread Sticks
Rated 4.5 stars by 2 users
What are these Bread Sticks? Soft in the middle and crispy on the outside. This recipe makes 12 sticks and we have 3 different coatings. Each coating makes 4 sticks. So the macros are for the dough to be divided into 12 equal dough balls and 4 of each coating. The macros are in 3 sections , for each bread stick type

Top tip from Helen Bouchard - wet your hands whilst working this dough, it's very sticky, but she loved it :-)

-
60g Mixed seeds
The Dough
The Rest of the Ingredients
Parmeson Bread Stick
Oregano & Garlic Bread stick
Mixed Seeds Bread stick
Directions
Oven 190C or Ninja 180C
The Dough
Follow the directions for Dough Base recipe (follow this link to take you to the recipe)
Once made, divide into 12 individual balls (I actually weighed the total dough and I weighed each individual to the same weight x 12 - trust me it doesn't take long!)
Roll each ball into a bread stick shape
The rest of the instructions
In bowl whisk your eggs with a fork, ready for dunking
Put your 3 different bread stick ingredients into 3 different bowls, ready for dunking too
Now dip each dough stick into the egg, completely coating each one. I suggest doing all the dough ball dipping in one go, before dipping into the different coating bowls, as it can get rather messy :-)
Now dip the first 4 dough sticks into the Parmesan mix, completely coating each one. Make sure there's nothing left in the bowl
Then dip the next 4 dough sticks into the Oregano & garlic mix, completely coating each one. Make sure there's nothing left in the bowl
And now dip the final 4 dough sticks into the the mixed seed mix, completely coating each one. Make sure there's nothing left in the bowl
Place each coated dough stick onto an oven tray / dish leaving an approx 1.5 cm gap between each one. They do spread & grow. You want enough space that they can grow but not touch
Pop into the oven for 25 minutes or the Ninja for 20 minutes
Enjoy :-)
