Choose ground almonds, milled linseed, or a mixture of both. As the linseed has a stronger taste, we suggest using this if you find the almond version 'eggy'. You can also add a mix of spices and herbs (our favourite is garlic, paprika, and mixed herbs).
Makes 1 portion, containing: 296 Calories / 2.8g Carbs / 14.9g Protein / 24.3g Fat
1 Large Egg
35g Ground Almonds or Milled Linseed (or a mix of the two)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Seasoning to taste
Mix all of the ingredients together in a microwaveable dish. This can be a ramekin, wide mug, or microwavable tub.
Microwave on full power for 1 minute. You could also pour the mix onto a panini / George Foreman style press and cook for a couple of minutes. This makes lovely breadsticks :)
