This makes 6 portions. Each portion (including the MKD) contains:
324 Calories / 3.5g Carbs / 17.4g Protein / 26.1g Fat

Ingredients

160g Leeks, chopped finely
-
160g Cheddar Cheese, grated

40g Soft Cream Cheese
-
15ml/g Butter / Olive Oil
-
1 batch of MKD - see recipe
Directions
Add oil or butter to pan and heat up
Add the leeks to the pan and fry gently until thoroughly cooked.
Take the pan of the heat and add the grated cheddar and soft cream cheese.
Mix well, allow to cool slightly, and then place in the freezer whilst you make the MKD.
Head to the MKD recipe to make the pastry and complete your 'splat' :)
