Cheese & Leek Splat Filling
160g Leeks, chopped finely
160g Cheddar Cheese, grated
40g Soft Cream Cheese
15ml/g Butter / Olive Oil
1 batch of MKD - see recipe
Add oil or butter to pan and heat up
Add the leeks to the pan and fry gently until thoroughly cooked.
Take the pan of the heat and add the grated cheddar and soft cream cheese.
Mix well, allow to cool slightly, and then place in the freezer whilst you make the MKD.
Head to the MKD recipe to make the pastry and complete your 'splat' :)
