Chicken, Bacon & Asparagus Salad

100g Chicken Breast
2 Rashers of Bacon
Optional: 10g Parmesan Cheese, grated
15ml Olive Oil
Handful of spinach
Heat the oil in a frying pan / wok over a gentle heat.
Add the chicken and brown on all sides. Allow to cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
Move the chicken to the side of the pan and add the bacon. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the asparagus.
Allow to cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until the asparagus is cooked to your taste.
Serve on a bed of spinach and serve with the parmesan cheese (optional).
