This recipe takes just minutes to prep, can be left to marinade overnight and cooked to perfection in your airy fryer.
Makes 4 portions - each portion contains:

1kg Chicken Wings
30ml Olive Oil
2 Whole Red / Green Chillies, finely sliced
2 Garlic Cloves or 5g Garlic Puree
20g Fresh Coriander
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli
If you want a smooth paste to coat the chicken, blitz the oil, chillies, garlic and coriander in a small food processor or, if you're feeling energetic, use a pestle & mortar to grind into a smooth paste. If you prefer to have pieces of chilli and garlic, just finely chop these along with the coriander and mix with the oil & spices.
You can separate the joints of the wings by running a knife between the joints, or leave them whole. Place the wings in a zip-lock food bag and pour over the marinade.
Remove any air and seal the bag. Carefully massage the marinade into the wings and leave in the fridge overnight.
Layer them in your air fryer or on a baking tray and cook at 200°C for 20-25 minutes or to your preference.
