Spicy Chicken Skewers

This was part of a selection of buffet food for the freezer, created for the Michele's Keto Kitchen workshop.
Makes 8 portions - each portion contains:
128 Calories / 1.2g Carbs / 24.7g Protein / 2.7g Fat

Ingredients

800g Diced Chicken Breast

120g Greek or Greek-Style Yogurt

Salt and Pepper
-
3 tsp Curry Blend
-
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
-
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli

Kebab Sticks, cut in half
Directions
Add all the spices and seasoning to the yogurt and mix
Add the chicken and mix. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes, preferably 1 hour
Roughly 4 chunks of chicken per kebab stick
Bake at 180C for 20 - 25minutes
