This is a classic dish found in every Indian restaurant and can be replicated at home with the help of The Spice Guy!
Each tandoori chicken thigh contains:
220 Calories / 3.4g Carbs / 23.2g Protein / 12.9g Fat
The carbs may be lower with this recipe, depending on how much of the marinade is on each thigh.

Ingredients

6 Chicken Thighs, skinless

Juice of 1/2 a Lemon

1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli
-
A whole bulb of Garlic (approx. 10-12 cloves), crushed
-
4 inches Ginger, crushed
-
3 tbsp (45g Greek or Greek Style Yogurt (for dairy free, replace this with Coconut Yogurt)

1 level tbsp Pink Himalayan / Rock / Sea Salt

1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli

1 tbsp Garam Masala

10g Fresh Coriander finely chopped

Wash the chicken thoroughly and then cut slices into the flesh to allow the marinade to work its magic.
Squeeze the lemon juice and sprinkle the Kashmiri chilli on the chicken and massage into the meat. Leave in the fridge for an hour.
Part 2
Add all the ingredients into a bowl with the chicken, mix thoroughly, and leave in the fridge overnight.
Take this out of the fridge at least an hour or two before you cook.
Separate the pieces if you are going to cook in the oven or grill - otherwise it'll turn into a stew.
Cook for around 25 minutes on a high heat, turning regularly to ensure it doesn't burn, but you do want it to take on some charred flavour. If you are cooking on a BBQ, the same principles apply.
Serve with wedges of lemons & limes and chopped coriander.
