Ingredients
100ml of your favourite milk ( I use Lactose Free milk)
5 - 10g Truvia / Natvia / Pure Via Sweetener (Sweeten to taste)
5g Cocoa Powder
10g 85% Dark Chocolate
Pinch salt
Pinch Cinnamon
Pinch Nutmeg
10g Whisky
Optional extra - Topping of whipped cream, with a grating of dark chocolate
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a non stick saucepan, apart from the whisky and the optional cream topping
Bring to boil and turn down to a gentle simmer, stirring continuously until all the ingredients are combined
Now stir in the whisky, and gently heat through
Pour into 2 glasses
Optional extra, whipped cream, approx 15 to 20g per glass, with some grated chocolate on top
