Berry Chia Pot

Treat this like overnight oats - prepare it the night before for a refreshing breakfast. You could also add sweetener or vanilla essence if needed. To make a cocoa chia pot, swap the frozen berries for 20g cocoa powder. You'll likely need to add some sweetness to this mix.
400ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
50g Frozen Berries
40g Whole or Milled Chia Seeds
Mix the ingredients together, portion into dishes / jars and allow to set for a few hours - preferably overnight.
If the mix isn't set enough for you increase the chia seeds by 10g per portion.
