A simple, tasty recipe full of cheesy goodness :D
Serve with our linseed bread recipe for a delicious breakfast.
Ingredients

10g Butter
-
2 Large Free Range Eggs
-
30g Cheddar Cheese, grated
-
30g Spinach
-
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
In a large pan, melt the butter on a medium heat and add the eggs.
Whilst stirring the eggs, add the cheese. You can also add the spinach here, or place it on your plate if you prefer it fresh.
Cook the eggs to your preference and season.
