20g Coconut Oil (we use Cooking Coconut Oil which has no taste or smell)
100g Whole Almonds
100g Whole Brazil Nuts
100g Whole Hazelnuts
1 Red Chilli, finely sliced
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Hot Chilli
Juice of a Lemon or Lime
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the coconut oil in the microwave.
In a large mixing bowl, add the nuts and spices. Mix together.
Add the oil and lemon / lime juice and mix.
Transfer to a baking tray and roast for 10-20 minutes, until crispy.
Allow to fully cool and transfer to a storage jar.
