Makes 10 portions - each portion contains:

150g Pumpkin Seeds
100g Sunflower Seeds
10ml Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan / Rock / Sea Salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the seeds, oil and salt in a small bowl.
Spread the seeds on a silicone sheet or greaseproof baking paper.
Roast for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Definitely allow these to cool before you eat these!
